Students approved for participation in this course will work with various agencies and private lawyers under the guidance of supervising attorneys and the faculty administrator. The development and enhancement of litigation skills is highlighted, with emphasis on identifying and analyzing the litigator's ethical and professional responsibilities. Extern Director approval is required prior to enrollment in the course.
