International Commercial Dispute Resolution (JD-198)
This course explores legal and practical issues relating to the resolution of transnational business disputes through litigation or arbitration. Topics addressed include jurisdiction to prescribe law, jurisdiction of courts, international commercial arbitration, investment treaty arbitration, enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards and the immunity of foreign states in United States courts.
