Clinic: Fair Housing Clinic Component (JD-133CLN)
The law school operates The John Marshall Law School Fair Housing Clinic, an "in-house" clinic devoted to representing individuals who experience unlawful discrimination in the sale or rental of housing units. In addition to teaching the substance of fair housing law, the clinic offers students an opportunity to participate in federal court litigation, state and administrative proceedings, and appeals. Clinic Director Approval is required prior to enrollment in the course.
