Medical Negligence (JD-142)
This course is offered every spring semester. This course has a pre-requisite of Contracts I and II, Lawyering Skills I and II, Property, Torts, Criminal Law, Civil Procedure I, and Const. Law I Investigation of principles of medical negligence law, including formation, termination and regulation of the physician-patient relationship, confidentiality, consent, conflicts of interest, medical mistakes, physician and institutional liability, claims and defenses, malpractice reform.
