Climate Change Law Sustainability (JD-626CC)
Climate change is happening quickly and can be understood only by drawing upon a variety of legal perspectives - energy law, land use, international, regulatory law and real estate law. This course will first examine the underlying science before considering: the impact and disruptions that climate change is having on various regions and the economy and how a commitment to mitigation and adaptation can reduce and manage the economic and human costs of climate change.
