RE: Climate Change Law Sustainability (RE-626CC)
Climate change is happening quickly and can be understood only by drawing upon a variety of legal perspectives - energy law, land use law, international law, regulatory law and real estate law. This course will first examine the underlying science before considering the impact and disruptions that climate change is having on various regions and the economy. The course considers how a policy/legal commitment to mitigation and adaptation can reduce and manage the economic and human costs of climate change.
