Lawyering Skills IV: Drafting-Employee Benefits (EB-377)
Prerequisites: Employee Benefits Law This drafting course focuses on the skills needed to create effective documents in the area of employee benefits law. students will have five assignments and several class lectures to introduce them both to general drafting principles and to the advanced techniques needed to work in this field. There will also be several individual meetings with the professor to talk about assignments.
