Trial Advocacy: Advanced (JD-182)
This course is designed to build upon the fundamentals of basic trial advocacy. Through in-class exercises, students deliver opening statements and closing arguments, examine witnesses and learn to make and overcome objections. Students then explore advanced skills such as using deposition testimony, writing and arguing motions in limine, conducting voir dire and preparing jury instructions.
