This course has prerequisites of Lawyering Skill I and II, Contract I and II, Criminal Law, Civil Pro.I, and Con. Law I, Property and Torts. Public international law with emphasis on the sources of international law and municipal law, subjects of international law, sovereignty, objects of international law, international transactions (treaties, torts), war and neutrality, law of international institutions, and the United Nations.
