Environmental Law (JD-260)
This course has prerequisites of Lawyering Skill I and II, Contract I and II Criminal Law, Civil Pro. I, and Con. Law I, Property and Torts. Consideration and analysis of federal and state statutes; regulations and relevant judicial and administrative decisions with respect to major environmental control areas including air, water, solid waste, and noise pollution abatement; radioactive emission; National Environmental Policy Act; significant land planning legislation; the interrelation between federal and state legislation and areas of responsibility.
